Finance Assistant – Accounts Payables

Key Areas of Accountability:

1.Accounts payable

2. Intercompany

3. Financial closing

Job Specifications

1.Accounts payable processing;

2. ICB monitoring;

3.Collating of hard copies of AP package for filing;

4. Reconciling accounts with suppliers;

5. Petty cash management;

6. Prepare accounts schedules;

7. Accruals, reversals, and other monthly adjustments; and

8. Prepare AP KPI for monthly CFS Meeting.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • SAP Knowledge preferred or other accounting systems;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Has experience in the review of financial reporting ;
  • Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;
  • At least 2 years work experience; and
  • Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports

Competencies required:

  • Keen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Project management skills; and
  • Commitment to meet the deadline and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job

Minimum Qualification:

College education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and other related courses

Work experience: At least 2 years work experience
