About the Role

As a Lineage Specialist, you will develop and
maintain data lineage artefacts and tools covering data flows and transformations
based on the established Data Governance framework. You will provide thought
leadership with the projects and enhancements involving any of the upstream and
downstream data flows and processes in collaboration with IT, data and business
experts.

How you'll contribute

· Establish
data lineage for critical data elements.

· Develop
data lineage frameworks and tools.

· Supports
projects and initiatives that would improve the overall data maturity of the
bank.

· Strong
analytical and project/time management skills.

· Intermediate
facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure.

· Partner
with fellow functional experts (data quality, reference data, master data
specialists, etc.) to align and implement data policies, KPIs, and metrics to
measure and refine the success of the data governance program.

· Basic
level proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis.

· System
(SAS), Confluence, Amazon Web Service (AWS), Talend or any related platform.

What we're looking for

·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Finance, Business or any related field.

·
With at least 3 years of relevant work
experience.

·
Must have strong understanding of
databases and data structures. Knowledgeable in data management.

·
Proficient
in Talend Data Catalog or any Data Catalog tool is preferred.

·
Must
be keen on details.

·
Experience in financial/banking
institution is preferred.

·
Must have the ability to effectively
communicate with business and technical people with understanding of business process and how data supports each process.

·
Must have experience in data
analysis; can analyze data flows and understand data transformation and
calculations.

·
Knowledge in SQL and Data Cataloging
tools is a plus.
