HR Assistant

Support HR operations, manage recruitment, provide employee support, process HR documentation, and assist with HR initiatives in a dynamic organization, requiring 2+ years of HR experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
• Provide timely and accurate support to employees on HR-related inquiries, including leaves, compensation, and benefits
• Process, verify, and maintain HR documentation related to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Assist the HR Business Partner in handling disciplinary cases through investigation and issuing necessary notices
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and programs
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years' experience or background in Human Resource Management
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail
Field work and regular site visits are required to handle HR-related concerns and support the organization's goals and objectives.
