We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our growing team. This individual will support the project management team in ensuring the timeliness and quality of the project deliverables and execution. The role will involve exposure to Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others, to help oversee and manage software development projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Support: Assist in managing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.Team Support: Help coordinate cross-functional teams, resolving technical and business issues as they arise.Planning & Strategy: Support the preparations of project plans that align with customer requirements and company goalsPerformance Monitoring & Feedback: Support the monitoring of project progress and performance, providing actionable feedback.Risk Management: Assist in managing project risks and uncertainties, handling project modifications, and coordinating with relevant parties to implement changes as necessary.Process Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.Resource Management: Help allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring project requirements are met while optimizing resource productivity and morale.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Agile project management principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsSolid problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with project management software tools is a plusRelevant coursework or internship experience in project management is a plusRequirementsMinimum Commitment: 3 Months
