Role Summary

The Associate/ Analyst will be responsible for abstracting, drafting, negotiating, watermarking a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, software license agreements, end user license agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, Order Forms, and supporting documentation in line with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

A good understanding of contract language is crucial for this position, the knowledge of English contract terms is also necessary. You will work directly with the Manila and other onshore and offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client instructions.

Skills required:

  1. Experience in review and abstract key contract details.
  2. Experience in a variety of contracts (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc).
  3. Experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating a variety of contacts (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc.).
  4. Detailed understanding of contract law and key terminologies related to a variety of contracts (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc.).
  5. Keen and with an eye for details.
  6. With the capacity to work independently and remotely in a collaborative and team-based environment.
  7. Well versed with IT (able to use contract reviewing tools, has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel & Word)
  8. Another language skill is a plus, apart from Mandarin. Qualification: Preference for a Lawyer/ Paralegal or experience in the field
