JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Professional Barista who is known for their high level of skill in preparing and brewing coffee or tea. Could assist with customer service skills to greet guests and to be able to determine to suggest pastries that pair well with the drinks and manage to register as part of their duties.

TASK & DUTIES

1. Taking down customer orders and managing the till at the register.
2. Preparing and serving coffee or tea.
3. Promoting and recommending food items to customers.
4. Answering customer questions regarding food and drinks available.
5. Upsell cafe products and merchandise to enhance customer experience and sales.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiry, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and cafe offerings to provide expert product knowledge
8. Managing availability of inventory.
9. Maintaining machine equipment and reporting problems to store management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 1 year experience

· High Tolerance of patience in dealing with dissatisfied customers

· Knowledgeable on hot/cold drinks especially refresher and juices

· With knowledge in latte art is a plus

· Knowledgeable in coffee products and equipment

· Must have a barista training certificate

· Willing to work in 1192 Masangkay Street, Tondo Manila

· Full time and can start immediately
