• Collaborates with subject matter experts to maintain current and impactful content.
• Prepares and reviews training materials for classes.
• Evaluates training feedback and conducts necessary "train the trainer" sessions.
• Generates and shares training reports.
• Guides and delegates tasks to other trainers.
• Develops online courses in the Learning Management System.
