Job Purpose:

The Legal Counsel renders legal guidance to the business, drafts and review contracts and legal documents, ensure our company meets legal compliance standards and oversee all general legal operations.

Principal Accountabilities:

Drafts and reviews the legality of transactions, contracts, agreements, and joint venturesAssist in commercial negotiations and settlementProtect company interests such as assets, patents and trademarksMonitors laws and regulations and calculate potential business risksGuide management through litigation processes when requiredManage general legal operationsCoordinates with the General Counsel in the implementation of legal strategies and standards
Qualifications:


• A Philippine Bar Membership in good standing


• Bachelor's degree in law; Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier school desired


• Minimum of 2 year of experience as in external or house counsel


• Outstanding communication skills


• Ability to effectively work with others and individually under pressure


• Critical thinking and multi – tasking ability


• Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
