- Lead sales teams to conduct regular performance reviews, analysis, and strategy sessions.
- Drive sales teams to meet targets through commercial activities such as pricing negotiations, closing meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with HQ sales teams to generate leads and increase sales pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
