Crushing Supervisor

5 to 10 years' experience in crushing, screening, conveying, and stacking systems. With previous supervisory experience and are a results-oriented leader with effective communication skills. Should have high work standards and effectively drive projects forward as part of a team. 1. Responsible for shift operations at crushing and screening plant and conveying and stacking system.
2. Supervise the work of personnel engaged in performing routine operations at the crusher.
3. Plan and coordinate daily work assignments to achieve daily production targets.
4. Responsible for quality assurance and quality control to ensure safe and consistent production results. 5. Work closely with maintenance personnel to properly identify and schedule maintenance activities.
6. Perform minor equipment repairs as needed. 7. Responsible for the safe operation of the crusher areas during the shift with regular safety training of personnel and safety meetings to target a zero level of incidents.
8. Effectively communicate with supervision and/or management.
9.Effectively work with five to seven employees during the shift.
10.Other duties as assigned.
