The Finance Specialist with a strong focus on Inventory Management is responsible for overseeing and actively participating in inventory taking activities within the company.

Oversees and actively participates in inventory taking activities within the company.Prepares and reviews inventory and asset account reconciliation schedules.Handles month-end and year-end closing procedures related to inventory and assets.Generates inventory reports, such as top inventory adjustments and top inventories for the month.Proposes and implements process improvements to the Manager in inventory management. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any four (4)-year business course, with a preference for Accounting.With at least two (2) years of work experience in inventory accounting, physical inventory, and fixed asset management.With at least three (3) years of work experience in manufacturing auditing.Must have a demonstrated work experience as an Accounting Supervisor or as an Audit Senior Associate handling manufacturing entities.Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel for managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and utilizing advanced formulas.Must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up either in Canlubang Laguna or Ortigas Pasig.
