Job Title: Junior Officer - Process Lead

Job Summary:

The Junior Officer - Process Lead will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in various chargeback processes. This includes creating and updating applicable policies, processes, and manuals. The successful candidate will also act as a line trainer, reviewing the impact of card scheme compliance updates related to chargeback and ensuring timely training for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in chargeback processes
  • Create and update policies, processes, and manuals
  • Act as a line trainer, reviewing card scheme compliance updates and providing timely training for the team
  • Provide onboarding and chargeback trainings to new hires, cross-trainees, and internal business partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business course
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • At least three (3) years of work-related experience in end-to-end chargeback resolution process
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive inquiries/complaints and provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
