In the role of the Sr.Business Analyst, and as an HR Analytics expert, you'll use PowerBI and advanced Excel to extra actionable insights from Talent Acquisition Data in order to analyze TA data, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance decision-making to drive organizational success.

Business Analyst, you'll get to:
- Develop and maintain recruitment performance dashboards and reports that include key metrics around conversion rates, time to hire, cost per hire, and identify areas for improvement
- Perform data driven analysis to support a variety of talent acquisition initiatives and trends, forecast future hiring needs, and
- Configure, maintain and update a global SharePoint site
- Collect reporting requirements and build reports to scale to meet the business needs
- Build dashboards and visual data displays utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
Business Analyst with:
-8+ years' experience working on a fast-paced dynamic deadline-oriented team
- Expertise in mining and organizing data, and pulling data from multiple data sources
- Expertise in building visually pleasing and streamlined PowerPoint slides from complex data
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to tell stories through the data
- Proven experience telling stories and providing trends via data
- Experience implementing and configuring SharePoint online environments and experience with Microsoft 365 required
