Function 1

Maintains all recipesIn charge and projecting food order of a section chosen by the Chef de Cuisine of the outlet In charge of a small outlet that serves a limited menu specializing in Chinese CuisineFunction 2Supervises and guides the commis according to the standard set by Chef de CuisineAssists in developing the culinary teamSupervises and guides Junior kitchen staff Function 3Ensure wastage and spoilage is minimizedActively supports hygiene and HACCP programs by following Solaire IFSS standardsEnsures maintenance of established standardsReports any broken equipment to Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
