Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QS team to ensure accurate cost estimation and effective cost management.Prepare and analyze project budgets, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.To develop tender cost summaries including equipment, material and labor calculations for final approvalOversee contract administration, including contract negotiations, valuations, and final accounts.Monitor project costs and ensure that all expenditures are kept within the budget.Provide advice on procurement strategy and assist in tender processes.Collaborate with project managers and engineersPrepare and present detailed reports on project financial performance.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.Mentor and develop junior QS staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost planning, and project management.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, cost management software).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Willing to be relocated at Cabuyao, Laguna
