First Aider

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 Year of working experience as a First Aider is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support, Healthcare or equivalent.
4. With background and specialization on basic caregiving skills such as first aid, rapid testing, taking blood pressure, etc.
5. Must provide valid certifications related to First Aid.
6. Has also an experience with Admin or Clerical works
7. Computer literate
   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
   1. To preserve life and prevent the worsening of the patient's condition and to promote recovery.
   2. Keeping a fractured limb still
   3. Manage the incident and ensure the continuing safety of themselves, bystanders and the casualty
   4. Assess casualties and find out the nature & cause of their injuries
   5. Arrange for further medical help or other emergency services to attend (e.g: the fire service)
   6. Provide appropriate first aid treatment as trained
   7. If able, make notes/observations of casualties
   8. Provide a handover when further medical help arrives
   9. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
   10. Provide immediate, lifesaving, medical care before the arrival of further medical help. This could include performing procedures such as:
   11. Placing an unconscious casualty into the recovery position
   12. Performing Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
   13. Stopping bleeding using pressure and elevation
