Job Responsibilities:Cater to all clients, especially VIP guests and must give exceptional customer serviceResponsible to carry on daily customer service operation inside the office premiseManagement of customer complaints in coordination with building engineer, property manager or concerned personMaintain updated records of customer requests and complaints and its resolutionPoint of contact for all the guests who seeks any type of information or assistance in the office/Company premisesDevelops a strong knowledge of the office / Company facility and servicesProvides directions to facilities provided by the companyProvides guests with proper information about the companyMakes guest reservations for transportation, lodging and dining when requested. Obtains necessary itineraries.Organizes special functions as directed by managementCoordinates guest requests for special services and special needs or equipment with the appropriate departmentHandles visitors/ guest complaints and solve problem to the degree possibleQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Must have good communication skills, with pleasing personality and has good attitude.Preferably with working experience related to field.Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
