SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Supervises the preparation and review of monthly premium remittance reports, disbursement vouchers, and schedules for prepayment and renewal of MRI/Fire premiums.2. Ensures accurate deduction of accounts from MRI/Fire renewal coverage.3. Validates computations related to premium over/underpayments due to various factors such as full loan payment, term expiry, and borrower adjustments.4. Manages prompt settlement of claims.5. Monitors the team's performance and prepares status reports on premium remittances and settlements.6. Provides recommendations for system enhancements to boost departmental efficiency.7. Addresses and proposes solutions for daily challenges.8. Reviews current policies and suggests updates to align with new programs/projects.9. Participates in insurance-related meetings.10. Handles other assigned tasks from the Immediate Superior.
