Invoice Clerk Main responsibility is to create accurate invoices, send them out and ensure the completeness of information

Job Duties:
Keeping accurate records for all daily transactionsEnsure invoice are processed, and billed accurately in a timely manner Calculate additional charges such as shipping cost or delivery cost to include in invoices Work closely with other department in a company such as finance, sales, warehouse team and customer service, to ensure that invoicing process run smoothly Processing of Invoice (New System)


Assist with warehouse responsibility including shipping process by completing needed documents by the Warehouse departmentResolve billing errors that other staff or customers flagPerform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records.

Generate invoice report in a weekly or monthly basisUpdate Sales Order (Ecommerce Orders)Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by ManagementSkills/Qualifications:

Understanding of basic accounting mathStrong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail to keep accurate invoiceSolid organizational skills to keep track of invoicesGeneral administrative skills including managing emails, workplace or even google sheetAbility to work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality
