DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Completes the FDA requirements and submits the same for application/renewal for a License to Operate as a wholesaler.
  2. Ensures that the warehouse and Pharmacist comply with the FDA and PDEA's Rules & Regulations for wholesaler.
  3. Completes and submits the PDEA requirements for application for an S4 License.
  4. Receives, inspects, sorts, issue outs and coordinates deliveries per branch while ensuring proper storage and handling including retrieval of Sales Invoices.
  5. Coordinates with PDEA regarding purchase of dangerous drugs for clinic use and also coordinates with the assigned Physician and Pharmacist for issuances of S2 and S3 forms.
  6. Ensures that physical inventory of items tallies with the inventory report in the POS.
  7. Ensures that all clinics and CCS requests are being ordered and delivered on time and conforms to Return Goods Policy to ensure no-near-expiry medicines in all clinics.
  8. Ensures the quality, proper storage, handling and delivery of dangerous drugs.
  9. Monitors and coordinates the over-all returns and exchange of near expiring drugs.
  10. Ensures that set targets/quotas for clinics and CCS are being met.
  11. Develops good rapport with the clinic staff and suppliers.
  12. Prepares and submits reports as needed.
  13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS
  14. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  15. Passed the Pharmacy Licensure Examination
  16. Minimum of 1-year related work experience
  17. Excellent in medicine dispensing practice
  18. Excellent in-patient counselling
  19. Excellent in customer service
  20. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  21. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
