Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently looking for a Kitchen Manager (Italian Concept) on behalf of a group of restaurants showcasing international brands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through top-notch service and cleanliness standards, addressing feedback promptly. This position is based onsite in Pasig, Philippines, with regular store visits in Metro Luzon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by upholding high service and cleanliness standards.
- Execute Sales Building Activities in collaboration with the Operations/Concept Manager.
- Oversee Employee Relations and Productivity, covering recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Manage Financial Resources by monitoring sales, labor expenses, and overall costs.
- Fulfill Administrative Obligations in a timely manner, such as staff schedules and financial documentation.
- Take Charge of personnel management and job performance.
- Provide Training to New Employees and fulfill other assigned tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an Italian dining establishment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in forecasting, procurement, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Possess excellent communication and Excel abilities.
- Be open to working extended hours and commencing work promptly.
- Must be willing to be stationed in Pasig and conduct regular store visits.
