Join our team as an IT Support Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our MIS related IT components.

• Monitors and maintains MIS related assets, licenses, documentation, and departmental procedures to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to identify and meet MIS related requirements.
• Ensures the security and integrity of all computers, servers, devices, and other MIS related assets.
• Provides timely support to end-users and resolves MIS related issues promptly.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislations and regulations.
• Develops and implements an ongoing maintenance schedule for MIS related systems and infrastructure.
• Recommends and implements policies and standards for systems and network infrastructure.
• Evaluates and recommends software, hardware, tools, and technology to support business needs.
• Maintains and supports the organization's ERP and Payroll System.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of MIS policies and procedures.

• Graduate of IT or a related field.
• IT related experience in ERP.
• Strong interest in the IT field, with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
