Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced individual who will basically work on Payroll and Benefits related processes effectively and efficiently, and shall support other related activities in HR such us Employee Relations, Recruitment and other General Services.

Your expertise will help to maintain on-time processing and releasing of employee salary and Government related assistance and compliance.

The candidate must have independent ability, excellent communication, high concentration levels, good task management, superior problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include processing and on-time releasing of Payroll, processing of Government remittances, processing and verification of employee Government mandated numbers, preparation of various reports related to Payroll and Benefits.

The candidate is expected to be multi-tasking and willing to support other HR related activities such as but not limited to Employee Relations, Recruitment, and services.

The Successful Applicant

Graduate of any 4-year courseAt least 3-5 year working experience specializing Payroll and BenefitsStrong understanding in Salary and Government items ProcessingWell-experienced in processing Government RemittancesProcess submission of Payroll related reports in DOLEWith experience in handling Government (such as Sickness, Maternity Claims) and Company-initiated Benefits (HMO and Life Insurance)With knowledge and at least experience in supporting Employee Relations, Recruitment and other General servicesExcellent English communication both written and verbalReady to deliver meaningful changes that support continuous improvementPositive, proactive and tenacious attitude Job TypesFull-time, Permanent, Factory Based Conditions / BenefitsRegular Work Hours 07:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 –18:00 whichever may be assigned Mon-Fri (with 1 hour break)Availability of overtime based on discretion of ManagerAll Philippine Public Holidays observed10 Sick Leave / 10 Vacation Leave Days as standard; maximum 15 Days Credit for SL &VLDaily shuttle provided (with existing routes but negotiable)Daily canteen meal providedHMO coverage for direct employee and 1 additional direct relative
