What is your mission?

We are seeking for a Marketing Project Manager who will be the needle faster on marketing projects and initiatives in our diverse lines of business. This person will assess our existing project load within Construction and Property Management businesses in addition to those on behalf of the company and our investors. The Project manager will take on a variety of projects and must organize a clear plan for execution with the necessary team members. This person should be an experienced project manager with the ability to work with others to execute task and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Manage and track the planning, design, approval, and production process for each project. Build timelines and proactively manage everyone's expectations through content calendars for deadlines and other processes which enable tracking of project status. Understand and enhance the existing marketing strategy. – Map out the task needed to implement the strategy with the team. Manage out vendor relationships through effective collaboration with the marketing manager and agency partners to work in scope, budgets and deadlines. Commission freelancers where relevant and within budget to keep projects on track. Determine and understand existing project budgets and desired outcomes. - Work with all team to understand and adhere to them. Leadership – Must be able to understand teams' strengths and weaknesses and translate that into leading and directing them in a meaningful way that accomplishes results for individuals and team. Curiosity – Research and be up to date on the market trends and forecast. Dive deep into company systems and metrics in order to solve issues and identify new systems and processes. Initiative – Has a bias for action and is not afraid to be the first to speak up or take a fresh approach to something. Appreciates the trust and autonomy that comes with a Macro managed environment. Prioritization – Able to handle a variety of tasks while still practicing good time management. Ability to decide which tasks are most important based on the size, scope, and timelines of each task. Project Management – Understanding the theories of project management and how to put those theories into actions. Understand graphic design, pre-press, and production processes.Collaboration – Ability to work cross-departmentally, with the executive team and with a variety of vendors to accomplish tasks or keep everyone focused on priorities and deadlines. Analytical – Can look at marketing analytics and prioritize resources to maximize the outcome for the company.


Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field. 5+ years marketing experience.2+ years managing projects. 3+ years supervising marketing team members.Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, , Basecamp, etc. Familiar with working with programs such as InDesign and social media publishing subscriptions.
