Position Overview
The Ops Quality Project Manager is responsible for managing, directing, overseeing, and contributing to the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs.
Works with teammates and independently exhibiting a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered and developing recommended solutions to achieve quality and continuous improvement (CI) objectives within operations and the Insight interaction of processes.
What you'll do at Insight- Contribute to, lead, drive, and support Quality Practice strategy as it evolves and matures
- Visible, accountable teammate will contribute to and lead successful delivery of Quality Operations initiatives for Insight and our clients to scale and develop new opportunities for future business
- Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology to within operations and the regional practices.
- Audit and identify opportunities for improvement to positively impact efficiency and ability to scale; this includes gaps in standard operating procedures (SOP's), participate in SOP authoring, editing, CI activities
- Ensure change management process utilized to maintain and increase profitability and deliver premier client and teammate experience and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement project schedule to ensure required dates are me and lead projects relative to milestone completion while managing resources and budgets
- Monitor and maintain client and internal project executive satisfaction by engaging in and leading regular review cadence (week, month, quarter) status meetings, management reviews, QBR's, and QOR's
- Bachelor's degree (B.

- Amenable to work on night shift schedule
- Working knowledge of, or exposure and experience with QMS, ISO 9001 standards, quality industry and continuous improvement standards a plus
