1. Claim Evaluation

· Reviews required documents submitted by the insured to verify compensability of the claim.

· Reviews parts for comparative assessment if repairs to be done at non dealership/Non Casa.

· Negotiate claims settlement.

· Update correct loss reserves in SC

· Performs proper Tagging of claim cost in SC

· Prepares Denial letter, TL/CSL offer letter

0-1day (minor cases) upon receipt of complete claim documents.

5-10days (major cases) upon receipt of complete claim documents.

2. Claim Reports

· Reviews claim report/recommendation of independent adjusters

· Prepares letter to claims officers for approval.

· Update TIP Rebates status

· Prepares DAR

0-1 day upon receipt of complete documents.

3. LOA/CSL Issuance

· Prepares Letter of Authority/ Cash settlement offers.

Approval of LOA within the day upon receipt.

Other Duties:

· Review OS Claims

· Schedule & assist inspection request

· Assist Recovery unit in monitoring the pull out of Salvage total loss units.

· Secure total loss collateral documents

· Follow up lacking documents

· Update client on status of claim
