Collect and track Work Orders (WO) and Day Work Orders (DWO) for projects.Verify hours and cost codes on timecards; cross-reference with WOs, DWOs, and COs to ensure accuracy.Cost code accounts payable for change orders, service, lighting, or power before entry by others.Submittals Management
Send Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors for lighting and power; request submittals.Send submittals to customers and follow up on approvals.Verify submittal accuracy before release and coordinate material shipments.Project Close-Outs
