Able to apply different data science techniques such as deep learning, machine learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing and other approach on different business requirements from different business units.

Other activities which you will be engaged on include:

Projects that require artificial intelligence in implementing automationImprove and assess algorithms build by other data analytics and data scientist resourcesAssess and learn data engineering tools and data visualization toolsBuild dashboards, reports and create data presentationTrain and educate the organization as we transform towards a data-driven organizationBuild processes and tools to govern data analytics across the organizationAligns with AIA PH Analytics Team on projects, methodologies, etc. Roles and Responsibilities:Able to collect, extract, and wrangle data that is used to perform analytic modelling.Develop custom data models and algorithm applied to different data sets based on business requirementsDevelop processes and tools to monitor, assess, and analyze algorithm, model performance, and data accuracyDevelop testing framework and test model quality.Coordinate with different business units to implement models or process and tools.Adhere to governance and framework under the AI Governance policyDevelop/build visualization and dashboards through PowerBI GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:Innovative, proactive, creative, well-organized and able to easily adapt to various technologiesStrong analytical skills and logical reasoning; attention to details; Process-orientedGreat interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Can present complex information in a clear and compelling mannerComfortable in very fast-paced environment and transforming organizationWillingness and desire to learn new environment and tools and advance your knowledge. Keeps up to data with new research and integrated applications in the area of data science.Willingness to train and educate resources on data science topics TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with 3 years + experience in data/computational focus.Experience using programming languages such as Python, SQLExperience using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.Strong knowledge on advanced statistical methods, predictive and prescriptive methods. Preferably with expertise in deep learning, recommender systems, and NLP/Computational LinguisticsBackground in handling big data.
