What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects, with a preference for those experienced in data automation.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Mastery in organizational tasks and proficiency with project management tools such as spreadsheets and Microsoft Planner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead the evaluation and mapping of existing processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement project plans that outline the scope, schedule, and resources required for the success of the projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of automation solutions into current systems.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Oversee project execution, maintaining quality control and adhering to budget and/or timeline constraints.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM and Marketing Automation: Prior experience with Salesforce and Marketo highly desirable.
  • Agile Scrum: Previous involvement in agile scrum projects highly regarded.
  • Automation and AI Knowledge: Familiarity with automation and AI platforms such as Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft CoPilot.
  • Lean Methodology: Understanding of Lean principles and methodologies.
