KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.Content Creation: Help create, edit, and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, social media content.Social Media Management: Monitor, schedule, and post on social media platforms, engaging with followers and growing the online presence predominantly on Facebook and LinkedIn.Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from marketing campaigns, generating reports and insights to measure performance and suggest improvements.Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website content.

Administrative Support:

General Administration: Perform other administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and handling routine office tasks.Email Management: Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely communication within the team.Database Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded. This should be removed as Louis does this.Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.Familiarity with AI, social media platforms and knowledge of website management tools (e.g.WordPress).Expertise in SEO, graphics and web design.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Experience with CRM software (e.g. XPM, HubSpot).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Project Management Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is essential.
