JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical Engineering course graduate
- Has good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Must have good presentation skills
- Computer literate especially in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably with experience in using SAP
- Has the ability to interact with people across all levels of the organization
- With strong knowledge of Data Analysis, mathematics, and basic statistical techniques.
- Basic skill in activity planning, scheduling, monitoring progress and analytic experience
- Must be a team player with strong leadership skills
- Motivated individual and prepared to take the challenge and responsibility
- Must have a valid driver's license for manual 4wheel vehicles
- Can work well under pressure and start immediately
- HVAC Industry work experience especially CAC
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Conduct
TSS:
Field service work, comply immediately the AC troubleshooting and repair requests.
- Train about AC products, troubleshoot, repair, maintenance and installation to ASC and dealers' technician
- Develop new ASC
- Control the spare parts warehouse stock and back-order response immediately
- Market defect parts process and wrong shipping analysis
- Daily shipping monitoring and repair aging follow up
- Responsible for Document security and access
- Improve the collection efficiency
- Immediate correspondence to dealers and ASCs inquiries
- Train about Panasonic system to ASCs
- Support to GMA and other Area service
