The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models for MEFPS systems in various construction projects. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of MEFPS systems, construction processes, and proficiency in BIM software.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Creation and Development:

Create detailed 3D models for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and sanitary systems using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. Update and refine models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes in design and construction documents.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEFPS systems into the overall building model. Conduct coordination meetings with various project teams to identify and resolve clashes and other design conflicts within the BIM model. Documentation and Reporting: Generate accurate construction documents, schedules, and diagrams from the BIM model for MEFPS systems. Prepare visualizations and simulations to support project presentations and facilitate client understanding. Quality Assurance:Perform clash detection and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards. Ensure all models meet company and industry standards, including proper data input and management. Technology and Standards Development: Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices for MEFPS modeling within the organization. Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in BIM technology and MEFPS modeling. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
