**Job Summary:** Fuels Dispatcher Officer role involves processing fuel sales orders, ensuring accurate and on-time shipping, and coordinating with teams to meet delivery schedules.

SEAOIL, the largest independent fuel company in the Philippines, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Fuels Dispatcher Officer in Cebu City. This role requires a college graduate with a degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatching.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process documents of approved fuel sales orders and ensure tank trucks move out on schedule or within delivery lead time.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time shipping of actual sales orders in the online system.
  • Coordinate with Product Inventory Assistant to confirm product availability and source.
  • Prepare truck loading line up based on delivery schedule and time log arrival of trucks.
  • Conduct inspection of quantity and quality of product loaded in tank truck prior release.
  • Release loaded tank trucks cleared for dispatch and update Dispatcher's Report.

**Requirements:**

  • College graduate with a degree in Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatching.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Preloading: Confirm product availability, secure attendance list of trucks, report to Road Transport Scheduler, and prepare truck loading line up.
  • Loading: Prepare delivery documents, issue security seals, coordinate with Product Inventory Assistant, and ship confirm through Shipping Transactions module.
  • Postloading: Conduct inspection, release loaded tank trucks, update Dispatcher's Report, and monitor Delivery Receipt.
