OVERVIEW

The position is to run production on Automated / Manual oriented machines, achieving set line target, awareness on quality, knowledge on troubleshooting minor issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving the set line Target.
  • Knowing the automated/ manual machine and machine controls in Assembly
  • Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the automated/ manual assembly machine
  • Setting and changing over on the assembly machine for part number to another part number
  • Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements
  • Knowledge of end product use and safety requirements of the product
  • Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spare parts.
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineers on process improvements
  • Awareness of Quality targets.
  • 5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree is preferred or At least High School Graduate.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing company as Production/ Machine Operator.
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
