Human Nature is looking for motivated and result driven Telesales Associates who will attend to our customer's inquiries via calls, emails and chat as you process orders in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries with courtesy and empathy via calls, emails and chat Upselling on every opportunity Opening of new small retail accountsManaging small retail accounts Accurate and timely order processing for Web orders and Telesales ordersQualifications:At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management. Strong communication skills in both English and TagalogExhibits empathy and care on every customer interactionStrong drive for excellence and accuracy. With sales background preferably skilled in new customer acquisition.
