Job Summary: Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, identify customer needs, build sustainable relationships, provide accurate information, meet sales targets, handle customer complaints, maintain records, and follow communication procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Handle a high volume of calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Proactively identify opportunities that can convert to sales, generating leads that contribute to the customer base's growth.
    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction, helping to build a positive reputation for the company.
    • Establish strong, trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
    • Use appropriate tools and methods to give customers precise and complete information, ensuring clarity and understanding.
    • Achieve both personal and team goals, including sales targets and efficiency in managing calls.
    • Address complaints effectively, providing timely solutions and alternatives, and ensuring follow-up to confirm resolution.
    • Keep detailed records of all interactions, process customer accounts, and organize documentation efficiently.
    • Adhere to established communication standards, guidelines, and company policies during customer interactions.
    • Go beyond standard expectations to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction, aiming to exceed customer expectations.


Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma/College Graduate.
