Cross-Functional Performance

Monthly Alignment with Marketing/Trade Marketing (TM): Coordinate with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams each month to discuss and align on bundling plans, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively integrated with production and distribution activities.Weekly Meetings with Repacker and 3PL: Hold weekly meetings with the repacker and third-party logistics (3PL) provider to review and discuss daily and weekly production output, addressing any issues and optimizing performance and efficiency.Marketing Updates for New Product Launches and Packaging Transitions: Provide Marketing with updates regarding new product introductions and the transition from old packaging to new packaging, ensuring that product launches and packaging depletions are communicated and managed effectively.
