PERMITS & LICENSING OFFICER

The role of the Permits and Licensing Officer is crucial in ensuring that Moog Baguio operates within the legal frameworks set by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). This position involves meticulous oversight of the entire lifecycle of regulated chemicals, from acquisition to disposal. The officer must navigate complex regulatory landscapes to secure necessary permits and licenses, ensuring that all activities comply with stringent ethical and legal standards. Collaboration with various internal stakeholders is essential to maintain a seamless flow of information and to uphold safety and security protocols. Additionally, the officer acts as a bridge between the company and regulatory bodies, facilitating necessary support and ensuring timely reporting and documentation, such as the Monthly Consumption Report (MCR), are conducted with precision and adherence to regulations. This role not only safeguards the company's operations but also contributes to the broader commitment to public safety and environmental protection.
