Philippines The Evergreen Chapels (Pasig) Inc. Full time

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to daily, month and year-end processes of the following: o accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, cash receipts, treasury, general ledger, and taxes.


  • Assists with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and internal audit programs.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principals.
  • Ensures compliance with all government & regulatory agency requirements.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
  • Performing other assignments as may be assigned by the President GM
