TheStaff position of PRIDE GI Channel and provides General Insurance relatedoperations and administrative support to all Retail Distribution Channels:Agency, Bancassurance(PSBank& Metrobank),Worksite in achieving AXA's vision of transforming all to become a FinancialOne Stop Shop in the eyes of the customer.
The successful candidate will be ahigh energy individual who is digital savvy and can easily follow the policiesand procedures necessary to carry out the day-to-day functions of the job. Thisposition will deliver the following:
PrepareGI related quotations and proposals to our distributors;Provideassistance to distributors on complex risks by serving as the link to our GIUnderwriters;Claimsassistance and provide regular updates as the need arises;Regularreminders on renewal accounts;Monitorsuccess conversion ratio from proposal to issuance;Coordinationwith Policy Issuance team on pending cases and ensure policy delivery tocustomer happens.Supportmultiple channels in Retail Distribution by providing GI related service withinthe agreed Service Level Agreements.Proactivelymanage issues/risks critical to the Sales Support function.Domestictravel on an as needed basis depending upon the need of the business beingsupported.

Experienceand Qualifications
àBachelor'sdegree is required. Major in finance or business administration is preferable.à1-2 years of business experience in an operations support role is highlydesirable.àAveragewritten and verbal communication skills are essential.àMaintainhighest ethical standards; demonstrate practicality, integrity and respect forothers. Promotes diversity and a culture of inclusionàBasicsoftware skills with; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred
