Medical Physicist

Policy Development: Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, and standards.

Radiation Safety: Maintain records for personnel exposures of all staff members. Support the Radiation Safety Committee in the implementation of relevant Radiation Safety requirements to different departments.

Education and Training: Recruit, evaluate, and educate graduate students, preparing them to work as Radiation Safety staff members.

Equipment Testing and Maintenance: Carry out or work with relevant external parties on acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment. Supervise equipment maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Design, implement and supervise QA procedures.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and standards. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and ensuring that practices and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements.

Facilitation of Permits and Licenses: Facilitate the acquisition and renewal of necessary permits and licenses. Ensure that all operations are compliant with the terms of these permits and licenses.

Qualifications

1. With previous experience as a Medical Physicist

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
