JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, Finance Analyst is responsible for Asset Management and the analysis, validation, and processing of payments for Trade and Non-Trade payables ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounts Payable Processing

Match the invoice for payment versus goods received versus purchase order.Validate proprietary of approving personnel on payable documents. Approval limits must be complied at all times.Ensure completeness of supporting documents to eliminate delay in payment processing. Coordinate immediately with requisitioning department regarding any deficiency in documents from immediate resolution.Ensure that proper tax is applied to all payments to minimize, if not eliminate, tax exposures/assessments/penalties from the government. 2. Asset Management Update and monitor Lapsing Schedule for newly purchased and transferred fixed assets.Generate and encode monthly depreciation expenses.Conduct annual fixed asset count and reconcile variances with HRAD.Request report of movement of inventories to the Supply Chain department.Check and prepare adjustments for inventories received, issued to departments, and transferred to Contractors.Conduct annual inventory count and reconcile variances with Supply Chain department. 3. Financial Reporting Reconcile and analyze account balances and transactions.Prepares Journal Vouchers for Financial Statement purposes.Prepare and maintain different accounting schedules. 4. File and maintain documents in accordance with record management system of the company. 5. Prepare and review periodic reports needed or required by other departments or top management. 6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy

Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience preferably in real estate industry

Competencies:

With good verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and Problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)Willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon Province
