Warehouse Audit Specialist Warehouse Audit Specialist

Join our team as a Warehouse Audit Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse operations.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits of our warehouse inventory, processes, and accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an audit ally to ensure the review of internal control and report of warehouse accounts and processes are valid, fully-disclosed with necessary audit reports.
  • Conduct and attest on regular warehouse inventory status as to reconcile stock movements relative to deliveries (from suppliers), issuances (to stores and production), return/recalls, etc.
  • Assist in the examination and reconciliation of store reports relative to warehouse/production stock records for its issuances, returns, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Accounting graduate with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and effective communication skills.
  • Objective, inquisitive, and attentive to details with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, be flexible, and resilient to work demands.
