Overview
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates with hiring managers.
Primary Functions:
Oversee and manage day-to-day Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Maintain and update Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.Work closely with hiring managers and key HR partners to align hiring processes, guidelines and requirements.Maintain internal trackers and databases for report generation, hiring plans, metrics computation and report presentation to key stakeholders.Initiate, coordinate, host, and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, key partnerships, and other hiring events.Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the department's operations. Secondary Functions:Create and publish job advertisements through various channels and portals.Screen resumes and job applications to check on profile fit.Conduct initial phone screening to create a shortlist of qualified candidates for next-level interviews/endorsements.Effectively source potential candidates from recruitment channels and portals.Coordination with hiring managers for candidate endorsements and interviews.Facilitate onboarding activities (pre-employment requirements/documents, background checks) for newly identified candidates.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Employment StandardsStrong leadership and decision-making skills, exhibiting sound judgment with data-driven processes, considering diverse perspectives and potential outcomes.Maintain clear, open, and consistent communication with team members, peers, and upper management.Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team activities align with departmental and organizational goals.Hold oneself and the team accountable for performance, quality, and adherence to standards.Regularly review and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition. Job Skills & QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.3-5 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead/Supervisor is preferred for this position.Experience in end-to-end recruitment handling Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.Telecommunications experience is preferred, but not required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.-
