We are looking for a Engineering Supervisor (Building Repairs).

As a Engineering Supervisor (Building Repairs), we rely on you to:

  • Coordinates and conducts regular preventive maintenance of guest rooms
  • Coordinates and conducts regular preventive maintenance of public areas such as restrooms, restaurants etc.
  • Organizes and creates orders for building repairs and will serve as a project in-charge for back of the house facilities and offices
  • Supervises painting, carpentry and masonry work in line with the physical upkeep of the hotel structure
  • Ensures availability of materials needed for building repairs and conducts the inventory of critical spares and creates the orders as needed
