1. Ensure standard work processes are followed by the project team (including documentation requirements).

2. Ensure complete installation and servicing of the scheduled projects on budget and on schedule; lead on the execution of all projects and services within high-quality standards.

3. Effectively troubleshoot any concern encountered at the plant/client site 4. Handle concerns on project execution and provides technical solutions to customers on site.

5. Ensure projects have Gantt Chart for monitoring, and Project Post Mortem reports are done upon completion.

6. Project controlled from pre-mobilization to demobilization.

7. Coordinate all existing project's progress and proper project execution.

8. Hands-on function in case of urgent and lacking manpower.

9. Testing and Quality assurance of critical products before the scheduled delivery & implementation.

INVENTORY

10. Ensure complete tools and materials required and available prior to project deployment.

11. Monitor the orderliness and cleanliness of the technical workshop stationed at the site.

12. Monitors inventory and usage of materials and spare parts on-site and ensures availability of the same – initiates Material Requisition as soon as possible for prompt coordination with Head Office, Technical Team, and Warehouse considering lead time for processing and delivery – makes frequent follow-ups for proper coordination.

Qualfications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.With a valid driver's license.At least 2 - 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
