Responsibilities:

Build and develop a strong advisory working relationship with business partners and stakeholders in the Branch to ensure that HR plans and programs are supporting the achievement of business objectives Collaborate with the HR Zone Head, HR Functional Experts, and Employee Services Teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation and service delivery in the branch Ensure branch plantilla is in place and resources are available at target levels for the branch Coach and guide branch business partners and people managers on the company's performance management system, provide support in crafting and execution of IDPs/PDPs/PIPs and other talent management interventions Implement all HR Systems in the branch, ensure policies and standards are adhered to, and accuracy of data as a resource is maintained Implement Compensation and Benefits functions and activities in the branch Work closely with branch business partners in the execution of corporate and local employee engagement and wellness programs (SM Life, Culture, Values and other initiatives) Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree, advanced study in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or Business Management an advantage With at least 3 years' work experience in an HR leadership capacity
