Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders.

Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors.
Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products.
Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Adaptable and flexible, capable of switching between tasks seamlessly.
Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
Commitment of at least 3 months.
Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Open to fresh graduates and undergraduates.
Candidates should not be currently enrolled as students.
