The primary function of this position is to perform various tasks related to the production and distribution of Portfolio & Benchmark performance, risk statistics, characteristics, and reporting. As a key member of our team, you will work under minimal supervision and be responsible for process improvement and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in fixed income risk domain, including portfolio and security level risk modeling techniques, sources of tracking error, and data quality of model inputs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality analytics and risk model results.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Knowledge of investment product types, including fixed income mandates (e.g., structured products and credit derivatives).
  • Understanding of concepts like Value-at-Risk (VaR), Stress Testing, and Back Testing.
  • Analytical skills, with proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python) and financial/mathematical calculations using MS Excel or other relevant tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
