Track and share recruitment metrics to help us continuously improve our hiring game.Ongoing HR Support:Maintenance of employee database to ensure all employee information is kept up to dateCoordinate with HMO provider on behalf of employee for new enrolments of principals and dependants.Be an additional point of contact for employees should they have any HR related queries.Administrative Support:Handle general administrative duties, such as managing the recruitment calendar, updating the recruitment tracker, monitor and process the RXp (Employee Referral Excellence Program) and maintaining candidate/ employee records.Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.Provide support to the TA Manager and HR team on various projects as needed.Report back to management with weekly activities.
